Pro-Spec Electrical Founded

Founded in Sydney by Corey Linardos, Pro-Spec began with a clear focus on delivering high-quality electrical solutions with reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

2018

Expanded into HVAC Services

With HVAC certification obtained, the business expanded its capabilities to include split, ducted, and VRV systems, providing clients with integrated electrical and climate solutions.

2020

Pro-Spec Trade Services Pty Ltd

The business transitioned into a company structure, enabling larger commercial and industrial projects and supporting long-term growth across New South Wales.

2025

Infrastructure & Commissioning Expertise

While leading testing and commissioning activities on the Sydney Metro project, Corey brought infrastructure-grade standards and disciplined project delivery into every Pro-Spec engagement.

2026

Western Australia Expansion

Pro-Spec expanded into Perth, extending its electrical, security, and HVAC expertise into the Western Australian market and strengthening its national footprint.
