2016 — Present
2016
Pro-Spec Electrical was founded
Corey started his business journey in Marrickville, Sydney. With only a van and strong motivation to succeed things moved quickly.
2018
Pro-Spec Electrical & Air Conditioning
HVAC certification was obtained and the team expanded its skillset — adding split, ducted and VRV systems to the trade offering.
2020
Pro-Spec Trade Services Pty Ltd.
Transitioned into a company structure to open the doors to large-scale commercial and industrial projects across Sydney and beyond.
2025
Sydney Metro — Testing & Commissioning Supervisor
Corey Linardos personally working on Sydney Metro as a Testing & Commissioning Supervisor — bringing infrastructure-grade discipline back into every Pro-Spec job.
2026
Opened branch in Perth
In 2026 we grew interstate opening a branch in Perth offering premium security & electrical services.
