Full electrical, data and lighting fit-out for a 1,200m² Perth CBD corporate floor — sub-mains, GPOs, structured cabling and a UniFi network stack.
Overview
A professional-services tenant took a full floor in a St Georges Terrace tower and needed a complete electrical and low-voltage fit-out in a tight 6-week window before move-in. We coordinated with the builder, joinery and AV trades to deliver every power, data and lighting circuit on schedule.
Works included a new sub-board, ~180 GPOs, dimmable circadian lighting across open-plan and boardrooms, structured Cat6A cabling to every desk, and a UniFi Network stack with PoE switches feeding access points and door access. All cable trays were installed in the ceiling cavity during the night shift to keep day-time builder access clear.
The fit-out passed handover certification first attempt, with full as-built documentation, certificates of compliance and a labelled patch panel that the tenant's IT team could pick up and run with on day one.
